Mild Steel Sheet

CR sheets or cold rolled sheets are hot rolled products which provides a superior surface finish, with improved physical properties of the steel, such as high formability, high strength, excellent dent resistance, good magnetic properties, tensile strength, and workability and welding properties. With Cold Rolling its thickness is reduced to precise gauges. CR Sheets are available in sheets and coils.

Applications-Making, containers, bicycles, furniture, household appliances, electrical panels, construction, galvanizing, general engineering etc.. Automobile industry used the CR Sheets to produce car body panels. Cold rolled products are also used for further processing like colour coating, galvanising and tinning.

HR sheets or hot rolled sheets are steel sheets that are soft enough to bend flat on itself in any direction, without cracking. They are ductile enough for shallow drawing used in variety of industries in the domestic market.

Applications-Making pipes and have many direct industrial and manufacturing applications, including the construction of tanks, railway cars, bicycle frames, ships, engineering and military equipment and automobile and truck wheel caps, frames and body parts, pipes, LPG cylinders and shuttering plates, application in construction industry
